Assistant Production Supervisor

Tuas | S$3,500–5,000/mth | 5.5-day week, rotating shifts

Our client, an established steel fabrication company, is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead their bar bending shopfloor.

You'll:

• Supervise bar bending/cutting operations and ensure works match approved drawings & schedules
• Plan manpower, materials & equipment ahead of critical activities
• Catch and resolve production, quality & safety issues on the spot
• Run quality checks and uphold safety standards

You have:

• Diploma in engineering
• Production supervision experience (manufacturing/steel fabrication a plus)
• Manpower planning & team supervision background
• Willingness to work rotating day/night shifts
• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
• WSH Supervisor/Lifting Supervisor cert — a bonus
