IT Project Manager

Project Manager / Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for a Project Manager / Technical Business Analyst to support the delivery and enhancement of enterprise applications and digitalsolutions.

You will work closely with business users, vendors, and technical teams togather requirements, support project implementation, improve businessprocesses, and ensure smooth system operations.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy both business-facing communication and hands-on involvement in technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and user requirements
• Support the delivery of IT projects and system enhancements
• Work with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to ensure successful project implementation
• Participate in solution discussions, testing, deployment, and user support
• Monitor project progress, issues, and timelines
• Assist in process improvements and application enhancements
• Support application maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and user guides
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and support services

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT, or related disciplines
• 5 years of experience in IT projects, business analysis, application delivery, or systems implementation
• Good understanding of SDLC or Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Exposure to enterprise applications, reporting tools, or Microsoft technologies will be an advantage
• Experience with tools such as SQL, or .NET technologies is a plus
