Project Manager - Up to $10,000 (Electrical or ACMV)

• At least 4 years experience as Project manager
• Monitor and ensure overall site progress is on schedule.
• Design, plan, and coordinate site electrical works.
• Attend site meeting with Main Contractor, Consultant, & Architect.
• Prepare Drawings and Technical Submission documents.
• Monitor and review operational costs and be responsible for the project's financial performance.
• Monitor the project's progress within budget and timeline.
• Prepare and submit monthly Progress Claims.
• Negotiate with Main Contractors on Progress Claim and VO payments.
• Managing relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
• Experienced in the electrical trade of HDB/ Condominium/ Hotel projects is preferred.
• 5.5 days per week, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, 1:30pm to 5:30pm
