Event Assistant (Ticketing Management) - Contract

Looking for meticulous individuals passionate in Events Management!

• Asap - Mar 2027, subject to renewal
• Lavender MRT
• Mon - Fri, office hours *Additional hours to be compensated in time-off/OT Pay

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of invited guests’ lists, sending email invites, collation of RSVPs and replying general enquiries.
• Assist in the planning and ticketing of seating gallery for VIPs and invited guests.
• Assist in the planning and execution of appreciation sessions for sponsors and partners.
• Assist in the sourcing and management of Sponsorship and Partnerships.
• Assist in management of the ticketing system.
• Liaise with the partnering organisations for any ticketing requirements.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with background in Events Management or Marketing.
• Meticulous individual able to work well in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable with working on weekends and after-office hours due to the nature of events.
