Digital Ambassador (Govt Agency)

We are looking for a Digital Ambassador to guide elderly residents in downloading and using a new app designed to empower their contributions toward the community.

• Basic $2,760 per month
• Asap - Feb 2027, renewable for another 6 months
• 4 weekdays + 1 weekend per week, AM/PM shift as assigned

Responsibilities:

• Engage seniors through community events and roadshows to promote the new application and senior engagement activities.
• Support senior recruitment, onboarding and registration, including activity briefings and one-to-one assistance where required.
• Guide seniors through app setup, navigation and activity registration, troubleshooting basic issues and escalate technical concerns when necessary.
• Set up and manage outreach booths and queues while coordinating on-site arrangements and briefings with staff, leaders and volunteers.
• Address residents’ queries, observe safety and accessibility protocols, collect feedback and surface recurring issues or improvement suggestions to supervisors/HQ.
• Manage senior activities and participation records in the backend portal, ensuring timely and accurate updates, submitting reports.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum GCE 'A' Level with 1 year of experience in Customer Service. Digital Ambassador experience will be a plus.
• Comfortable with fronting large groups of residents at a time (i.e., up to 100+ participants in a session), and comfortable with working shifts and on weekends.
• Tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills.
