EQUIPMENT RESOURCE PLANNING EXECUTIVE (AI-DRIVEN HEALTHCARE) – up to S$5,000 per month
About this job
ClearSK Healthcare Group manages the award-winning ClearSK® chain of medi-aesthetics clinics island-wide in Singapore, with a strong regional presence in Singapore, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Kuala Lumpur. As a Singapore leading aesthetics chain, this is a great chance to grow in a multi-disciplinary environment with medical and management professionals. To fit our culture of excellence, we look for the F.I.T.: Fast, Innovative and Trainable, with commitment, integrity and professional skills.
OurAI-Driven, Innovative Environment
AI is part of how we work every day. Management actively encourages and guides the team to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) to real tasks – from demand forecasting and utilisation analysis to faster reporting and decisions. You will be trained and supported to use these tools, and your ideas to work smarter are welcomed and rewarded.
About the Role
Joinus as an Equipment Resource Planning Executive, part of our Enterprise Equipment Resource Planning (EERP) team. You will own the full life of the equipment our clinics run on – from buying it, to placing it where it earns the most, to keeping it in top condition, to tracking how well it pays back. This is a hands-on, knowledge-intensive role with a clear path into wider resource-planning leadership.
What You Will Do
• Procure: Plan and manage equipment procurement – source, evaluate and buy the right equipment at the right price and time.
• Deploy: Place each asset where it delivers the most value across our clinics.
• Upkeep: Keep equipment reliable, safe and ready, with proper servicing, calibration and maintenance schedules.
• Measure: Track Return on Investment (ROI) and utilisation rates; flag under-used or under-performing equipment.
• Plan ahead: Forecast future equipment needs and build deploymentplans that match business growth.
• Apply AI: Use AI tools in your daily work – to forecast demand, spot idle assets and speed up analysis, with guidance from management.
Trainingand Development
This is a skills-and-knowledge-intensive role. You will go through structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) and complete our Skills and Knowledge (SK) competency assessment. Candidates who bring relevant experience and a real willingness to learn through the hard parts tend to do best here.
WhereThis Role Can Take You
• Job rotation into Enterprise Material Resource Planning (EMRP) and Manpower Resource Planning(MRP), so you build broad resource-planning expertise.
• Promotion to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Team Lead for those who show team-leadership ability.
Who We Are Looking For – Our 3R People
“Everyone is a leader of their own responsibility” is a core value here, not a slogan. We measure it as 3R – Responsive, Responsible, Reliable:
• Responsive: you spot issues early and act. When a policy is being skipped, you raise it.
• Responsible: you own your area. Upholding our Policies and Procedures (PP) is your job, not someone else’s.
• Reliable: you do what you say, consistently, even when no one is watching.
Thisrole is not a fit if you prefer to avoid hard conversations or let non-compliance slide.
