HSSE Manager (Renewable Energy)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of HSSE assurance frameworks, ensuring consistent implementation of global safety management systems and compliance with corporate standards across regional and international operations.
• Conduct risk-based audits, inspections, and maturity assessments to evaluate HSSE performance, identify gaps, and drive timely closure of corrective actions.
• Review and strengthen HSSE governance, leadership accountability, roles, responsibilities, and critical control processes to enhance operational safety and risk management.
• Oversee the integrity of HSSE performance data, leverage analytics to identify trends and improvement opportunities, and drive digital and AI-enabled solutions to enhance safety performance.
• Lead incident reporting, investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action programs while promoting knowledge sharing and lessons learned across business units and geographies.
• Develop and deliver HSSE training programs to strengthen safety awareness, competency, and compliance at all levels of the organization, including frontline operations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 8 years of experience in HSE
• Experience in Renewable Energy Industry
• Regional experience will be a plus
