QA Executive

Job Description

• Oversee and maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards within the Central Kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, certification requirements, and company policies, including HACCP, ISO 22000, MUIS Halal, BizSafe, and SFA requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, and monitoring activities to verify compliance with food safety and quality standards, while preparing and maintaining related documentation, audit records, reports, and compliance records.
• Coordinate and support internal, external, and regulatory audits, including certification renewals, inspections, and follow-up actions to ensure continuous compliance.
• Investigate food safety, quality, and customer-related incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence.
• Plan and conduct food safety, hygiene, and quality training programmes for operational staff.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and collaborate closely with production, operations, logistics, and other stakeholders to strengthen food safety, quality systems, and operational compliance throughout the food production process.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of Singapore food safety regulations and food safety management systems, including HACCP, ISO 22000, MUIS Halal, and SFA requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a Food Safety / Quality Assurance role within the food manufacturing or catering industry preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferably with Level 3 / 4 Food Safety Course(WSQ)
