Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and submit tenders including quantity taking off and pricing

· Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration

· Lead price negotiations for trade contractors

· Establish procurement strategies and execute all necessary procurement

· Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements

· Preparation of budgets and keep track of project expenditures

· Prepare and submit monthly progress claim

· Process claims and contractual payment

· Negotiate and award sub-contracts

· Prepare and manage Variation Orders with Clients and sub-contractors

· Attend project meetings and tender interviews

Requirements:

· Must be able to communicate in Chinese and English and local dialects with all parties involved in construction.

· Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or related field of study.

· Minimum 3 years of experience for Quantity Surveyor

· Proactive, meticulous and conscientious

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel)
