Data Analytics Consultant, Luxury Fashion Brand

In this role, you will analyze customer, campaign, CRM, clienteling, and digital platform data to generate actionable insights, build performance measurement frameworks, and drive data-driven decision making. You will work closely with regional business stakeholders to improve customer engagement, marketing effectiveness, advisor adoption, and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the performance of CRM, marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, benchmarks, and performance measurement frameworks
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and digital adoption.
• Build customer segmentation, targeting frameworks, engagement indicators, and reporting solutions.
• Partner with regional and market stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting standards, and tracking methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience in Marketing Analytics, CRM Analytics, Customer Insights, or Business Intelligence.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Relevant experience between 4 to 7 years.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization.
• Experience with customer segmentation, campaign measurement, customer lifecycle analysis, and performance reporting.
• Exposure to retail, luxury, beauty, consumer goods, or eCommerce environments is highly preferred.
• Experience with Databricks and Google Analytics (GA4) will be advantageous.
