Purchasing Officer (Constructions)

Responsibilities:

• Generate and process purchase orders in accordance with project specifications and internal procedures.
• Coordinate purchase orders with project sites and vendors to guarantee timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, providing regular reports for management review.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to track orders, resolve issues, and uphold quality standards.
• Assist in procurement activities and vendor management functions as required.
• Ensure adherence to purchasing policies, timelines, and cost control measures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience in construction and building material procurement is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications is required.
