Job Description

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours
• Salary: Up to $3550 + Variable Bonus
• Location: Tanjong Pagar
• No Experience Required

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse demand variability, supply constraints, and capacity issues to support effective decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and overall supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend actions to improve planning performance.
• Identify seasonal demand patterns and emerging market trends that may impact supply requirements
• To perform monthly S&OP process by preparing demand, supply, inventory, and capacity analyses.
• Identify supply risks, capacity constraints, and inventory issues, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates on key planning assumptions and operational performance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Continuously drive process improvements by applying analytical thinking and best practices in demand and supply planning.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Planning / Economics OR related.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills include PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret large datasets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business demands.
• Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization.
• Willing to work long hours on certain days of the month.
• Willing to travel within short notice.
