ABOUT THE JOB
HR Process Execution

• You will be assigned to specific APAC offices to remotely manage, maintain, and improve the on- and offboarding process, be the central point of contact for our employees and internal stakeholders
• Responsible for data integrity in systems and ensure appropriate and relevant audit controls are in place
• To provide a seamless and accuratedelivery of HR services to fulfil internal and external service level standards
• Use HRIS tools and systemsappropriately to complete assigned work and ensure HR systems are maintainedaccurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
• Ensure data integrity when meetingdeadlines and timely delivery of services
• Ensure monthly payroll preparation andcoordination with payroll team

Partnership

• Partner with both internal and externalstakeholders to ensure completion of HR processes or redirect/escalate to therelevant parties/authorities for follow-up/ decisions.
• Support your assigned countries team ingathering information for our global Newsletter & monthly updates
• Often the 'Expert' in assigned area ofservice delivery work. Be a valuable partner to management, colleagues, andstaff by providing accurate and expert advice for own area of work.
• Understand the scope of process workand the SLAs for each service, and ensure all process documentations arecurrent, accurate and complete
• Keep abreast of changes in theorganization and work with the relevant stakeholders to ensure that HRrequirements/processes are met. HR process Improvement & Innovation.
• Proactively identify ways to enhancework processes for improved performance either through self-discovery orseeking feedback from stakeholders
• Recommend process changes, participate, and support events and other people & culture projects from time to time
• Generate improvement ideas and translate them into plans and actions
• End to end human resources support.
• Any ad-hoc jobs.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably with a multinational consulting organisation
• Experience in Singapore and Australia Human resource.
• Flair and understanding for high level of service with a team-oriented mindset and intercultural competence
• Very good knowledge of the MS-Office suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills: attention to details and quality, ability to prioritize, to follow up and to respect confidentiality
• Natural organizer, pro-active, service minded, friendly, flexible, and accurate
• luent in written & spoken English
