Main Responsibilities

• Reporting and documentation;
• Define tasks and required resources;
• Perform administrative works such processing payment, coordination works and permit to work application,
• Control overseas equipment spare parts purchases and inventory management,
• Ensure scheduling contract services / maintenance is in order and updated.
• Liaising with maintenance vendors for licensing,
• Monitor and report on project progress;
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience;
• Able to work on weekend/PH when needed
• Work experience from F&B industry will be added advantage;
