Job Summary

Provide attentive customer service and support restaurant operations to ensure a clean environment and smooth service flow.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous and helpful customer service to meet guest needs and enhance their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Address guest concerns and complaints calmly and effectively to resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate and communicate clearly with team members and management to coordinate service and operational tasks

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role
