After-sales Engineer (Cloud Native / Kubernetes / DevOps)

Our client, a technology company specialising in cloud-native platforms, container technologies and enterprise DevOps solutions, is looking for an After-sales Engineer to support enterprise customers across industries including banking, finance, telecommunications, manufacturing and technology.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers during product deployment, implementation and post-deployment stages
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving Kubernetes, container platforms, Linux systems and cloud-native environments
• Support the deployment, configuration, operation and maintenance of enterprise cloud platforms
• Investigate customer technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Prepare implementation plans, technical documentation, reports and deployment-related materials
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions and customer training where required
• Work closely with sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Manage and respond to customer technical support tickets
• Coordinate with customers, partners, vendors and internal stakeholders during project implementation
• Gather customer feedback and technical requirements to support product improvement

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Cloud, DevOps, IT Infrastructure, System Administration, Technical Support or related areas
• Hands-on knowledge or experience with Kubernetes and Linux
• Familiarity with Docker, container technologies, cloud-native platforms or DevOps tools
• Experience supporting deployment, implementation or operations of enterprise systems will be advantageous
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers and handling technical discussions
• Able to work independently as well as within a technical team
