Business Transformation Consultant

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with business processing models, Process Design, Requirements Management, and Project Management.
• Experience with business re-engineering methods and techniques, and the technology industry.
• Experience in applying Agile techniques to iteratively prioritize and define requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Determine and document current business processes, to identify and understand the users’ needs.
• Collect data to identify the root cause of the organization’s problems.
• Analyze, plan and implement operational process improvements, to improve the organisation’s information systems and product quality.
• Develop metrics to provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.
• Organization’s business objectives into functional requirements and solution design.
• Work closely with the organization’s key stakeholders to provide desired re-engineering practices and to ensure alignment of re-engineering initiatives to the organization’s objectives.
