Temporary Estate Executive

Job Scope:

• HMD (HIBSS) will deploy staff on-site to guide both staff and contractors, ensure proper communication among Zonal staff, MA and residents, and verify that works are carried out in accordance with contract specifications.
• The temp staff will conduct site audits across the 5 Zones and monitor OKR compliance by staff and contractors in the management of cases.

Requirements:

• Team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to work outside office in various locations on a regular basis.
• Strong ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to handle potentially confrontational situations with professionalism and tact.
• Detail-oriented for both site work and paperwork.
• Proficient in record-keeping and reporting, minimally using MS Excel and Word.
• Previous experience in estate / facilities management, customer service or enforcement is a plus.

Salary: $18 per hour + transport allowance $50 per month

Working Arrangement:
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
