💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to $3,000/month, depending on experience and seniority

• Night shift allowance of up to $400/month

• Quarterly performance bonus

🎤 Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Handle reservations, customer enquiries and room ushering

• Take orders and serve food and beverages

• Operate POS systems and process customer transactions

• Perform basic checks on microphones and karaoke equipment

• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests

• Support daily outlet operations and perform other duties as assigned
  

⏰ Working Hours

44 hours per week, with a standard minimum of 4 hours of overtime per week.

Available shifts include:

• Day Shift: 10:00am–8:00pm / 11:00am–9:00pm / 12:00pm–10:00pm

• Mid Shift: 12:00pm–9:00pm

• Night Shift: 4:30pm–1:30am / 6:30pm–3:30am

🚐 Company transport is provided for eligible late-night shifts.

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-service oriented with a positive and friendly attitude

• Comfortable interacting with guests in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, responsible and a good team player

• Comfortable working shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality or F&B is an advantage

• Comfortable handling food and beverages

• Willing to perform basic checks on karaoke equipment
