Business Analyst-Technology (Contract)

Location: Singapore | Contract | Hybrid

We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to support the delivery of an AI-enabled market intelligence platform for a large B2B enterprise.

You will work directly with commercial stakeholders and a technical team to translate business needs into clear requirements for an enterprise platform built around Microsoft technologies, Snowflake, data and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with commercial SMEs and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Own requirements from discovery through development, UAT and business sign-off.
• Work closely with AI, data and analytics engineers on data, reporting and AI use cases.
• Define business rules, metrics, workflows and expected system behaviours.
• Support UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements.
• Act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within technology, data, analytics or digital projects.
• Strong client-facing workshop and requirements gathering experience.
• Excellent user story and acceptance criteria writing skills.
• Experience with data, analytics, BI or enterprise platforms.
• Exposure to Snowflake, Microsoft/Azure or AI/GenAI projects is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

This role suits a BA who can take an ambiguous commercial problem, structure it into clear requirements and work closely with engineers through to successful delivery.
