HR (Senior Executive)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle MOM work pass and work permit matters including applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations and related administrative processes.
• Manage work permits for foreign workers and operational/blue-collar employees, including workers in marine, shipyard and related environments.
• Prepare and submit applications through relevant MOM systems and ensure all supporting documents are complete and accurate.
• Monitor application status, expiry dates, medical examinations, security bonds, insurance and other work pass requirements.
• Liaise with MOM, workers, supervisors, HR, operations teams and external agencies on work pass-related matters.
• Handle issues, clarifications, appeals and follow-ups with MOM where required.
• Maintain accurate records of work permits, passes, worker information and supporting documentation.
• Ensure all work pass processes comply with Singapore employment and MOM regulations.
• Support onboarding and offboarding of foreign workers, including documentation and work pass cancellation.
• Keep management updated on changes to MOM requirements, policies and procedures.
• Provide general HR and administrative support relating to foreign manpower when required.

Requirements

• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience handling Singapore MOM work permits and work passes.
• Strong working knowledge of Work Permit, S Pass and other relevant MOM processes.
• Experience handling foreign workers / blue-collar manpower will be highly advantageous.
• Candidates with experience in marine, shipyard, construction, engineering, logistics, facilities management or manpower-intensive industries are preferred.
• Familiar with MOM's online systems and work pass procedures.
• Good administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to handle multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable communicating with workers from different nationalities and backgrounds.
• Able to work independently and resolve work pass issues promptly.
• Good communication skills in English.
