Admin Executive (Food Manufacturing) - North - WCDT

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for Modern Trade operations, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, retail chains, and e-commerce platforms.

• Prepare and maintain product listing forms, quotations, sales reports, meeting minutes, and accurate sales and inventory records.

• Coordinate stock availability, delivery schedules, and warehouse arrangements to ensure timely fulfillment of retail and online orders.

• Liaise with internal departments such as Purchasing, Finance, Operations, and Production to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up on account-related and payment matters.

• Monitor e-commerce sales performance and prepare reports on merchandising activities, promotions, and sales trends.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product promotions, exhibitions, and in-store events.

• Ensure proper documentation, accurate data entry, and compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Work closely with the Modern Trade team to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales objectives.

• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
