DCIM System Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Data Center DCIM System Specialist who has strong knowledge of data centeroperations and hands-on experience (or deep familiarity) with DCIM platforms.
The role focuses on defining fault alert rules, configuring incident workflows,ticketing systems, and power & cooling chain–based fault logic, alignedwith real-world data center operational workflows.

The idealcandidate understands how electrical and mechanical systems behave in a livedata center and can translate that operational knowledge into actionable rules,alerts, and workflows within a DCIM system. Should be experienced in projectmanagement. Training on the DCIM software will be provided to the selectedcandidate.

KeyResponsibilities:

• End-to-end Data centerOperational workflow knowledge with power chain and cooling chain dependencies.Interpret operational SOP’s MOP’s EOP’s and escalation procedures.
• Fault Alert Definition &Configuration; implement fault logic based on power chain and cooling chaintopology
• Configure Incident workflowsand ticketing within the DCIM software
• DCIM software configurationsfor asset topology information, Fault rules, workflows etc
• Work closely with DCIM softwarevendor, DC ops team etc to ensure that the work flows and rules engine etcalign with the operational reality on ground.

Required Skillsand Experience:

• Strong Understanding of Datacenter ops, facilities management, or critical infrastructure.
• Experience with commercial DCIMsoftware is a plus.
• Good knowledge of BMS, IBMS,EMS etc is a must
• Hands-on experience inconfiguring DCIM software
