Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance their experience
- Accurately take and process customer orders using various payment methods including vouchers, cash, credit, and debit cards to ensure efficient transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items and promotions to provide accurate information and promote sales
- Keep the workspace clean and organized to support smooth operations and comply with hygiene standards
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures consistently to ensure product quality and customer safety
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in customer service or food industry is a plus
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods during shifts to maintain active engagement with customers and tasks
