Veterinary Receptionist (HOLLAND GROVE ROAD)

We are Gaia Veterinary Centre, a team of experienced veterinary surgeons hunting down like-minded colleagues to join us.

Who is missing in the Team Gaia?

Receptionists (Experience preferred)

Ideally armed with previous front desk experience. Applications must have a calm and polite demeanour with excellent communication skills.

MUST HAVE abilities include:

- Multi-tasking

- Strong sense of responsibility & teamwork

- Exceptional communication skills

- Competent written English to respond to email and social media enquiries

- Compassion, empathy & strong emotional ability during high stress situations

- Time management and able to work in a high paced environment

- Ability and resilience to positively respond to emotional clients
