Accountant Assistant (3 months Internship)

The Intern will be working for Finance / Compliance Division to conduct accounting daily service to our company. The work requires a high level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team are essential qualities.

● Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and analysis as needed.

● Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.

● Assist with shipping agency duties.

● Assist with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.

● Support with internal control and risk assessment task.

● Support in ad hoc accounting tasks and special projects as assigned.

● Be present at and assist with company events.

QUALIFICATIONS

● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to handle data accurately.

● Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.

● Strong organizational and time management skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

OTHER INFORMATION

The internship is for full-time.

The minimum internship period is 3 months.
