Account Receivable Executive

We are an importing and exporting food confectionery company (FMCG) in Yishun and looking for Account Receivable Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with sales & finance teams

2. Process invoices and payments

3. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

4. Follow up on outstanding payments

5. Maintain accurate records and report

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field

2. 1-2 years in accounts receivable or related role

3. Strong Excel skills

4. Attention to detail and proactive

5. Understanding of invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation

6. Independent and able to perform duties diligently

7. Good communication and follow-up skills
