About the Role
We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable educators to join our growing Stalford Group. We welcome applications from individuals who are qualified to teach one or more subjects at the Primary, Secondary, and/or Junior College (JC) levels.
As a Teacher, you will play an important role in helping students achieve their academic potential by delivering engaging lessons, providing personalised guidance, and fostering a positive and motivating learning environment. If you have a genuine passion for teaching and enjoy making a meaningful impact on students' learning journeys, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, effective, and student-centred lessons.
- Teach one or more assigned subjects across the Primary, Secondary, and/or Junior College levels.
- Adapt teaching approaches to cater to students with diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Monitor and assess students' academic progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement, and implement appropriate strategies to support their learning.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding students' progress and development, where required.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and confidence.
- Contribute to curriculum development and participate in team discussions and professional development activities where applicable.
Subjects Available
Applicants may specialise in one or more of the following:
- English Language
- Chinese Language
- Mathematics
- Science
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
- Strong academic background in the subject(s) you wish to teach.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred; however, motivated candidates with a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.
- Familiarity with the Singapore MOE syllabus is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about education and committed to helping students achieve their full potential.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
