cloud computing platforms and data center technologies

. The roles are as follows:

• Drafting and reviewing supplier, customer, OEMs and software licensing agreements
• Liase with our external legals to structure our cross board projects
• Regulatory and compliance, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations in Singapore and the United States and develop internal compliance programs and policies, advise on data privacy, cross-boarder data transfer, and technology regulations
• Support M&A, fundraising and strategic partnerships
• Work with finance and CEO on risk management and corporate strategy

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of legal experience, ideally top law firm and in-house experience
• Strong experience in technology,
• Ability to work closely with executive leadership in a fast-growing startup environment
• Excellent commercial judgement and negotiation skills
