M&E Manager (Civil Infrastructure Project)

Our client is a well-established construction, property development and specialist engineering solutions provider. Currently, they are currently seeking for M&E Manager (Building Services Manager) to be part of team.

Our client is looking for an experienced and results-driven M&E Manager (Building Services Manager) to oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of building services systems.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• To manage building services site coordination among contractors.
• To attend site coordination meetings and discuss with consultants and owners.
• To chair building services co-ordination meetings.
• To check sub-contractors’ submissions.
• To check on sub-contractor’s site work progress and quality.
• To provide weekly and monthly building services site progress.
• To advise PM on any changes which affect cost and time.
• To check and highlight any discrepancies and inconsistencies in the tender specifications and drawings.
• Assisting Tender Dept on building services scope.
• Requesting tender bids from building services contractors and assess their returns.

ROLE AUTHORITY

• To have access to all tender drawings, specifications and tender prices and schedule.
• To allow building services design changes that do not affect cost, time and design intent, that is to suit site conditions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder.
• 5 to 10 years’ M&E experience in relevant Construction Background
