Technical Detailer

• Prepare interior renovation construction drawings, detailed drawings, and furniture production drawings.
• Develop detailed drawings based on design plans, site measurements, and technical requirements.
• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, detail drawings, and installation diagrams.
• Draft production drawings for custom furniture, carpentry, metal, glass, and other finishes.
• Ensure drawings meet design requirements, site conditions, and production/installation needs.
• Coordinate technical details with designers, project managers, factories, and subcontractors.
• Revise drawings promptly based on client, consultant, and site feedback.
• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions to minimize production and installation errors.
• Organize drawing submissions, revision records, and as-built drawings.
• Assist in resolving technical issues during production and site installation.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior renovation or furniture detailing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp or other 3D software is an advantage.
• Familiar with construction drawings for commercial shops, offices, or hotels.
• Knowledge of custom furniture, carpentry, and various material connections and installation methods.
• Ability to independently complete construction and furniture production drawings.
• Strong awareness of dimensions, proportions, and construction details.
• Detail-oriented, able to deliver drawings according to project schedules.
• Good communication and cross-department coordination skills.
• Prior experience in Singapore retail shops or high-end brand projects is preferred.
