Job Description
· Partner with assigned business units to understand business priorities, provide day-to-day HR guidance, and support managers across the employee lifecycle.
· Build strong working relationships with managers and employees to enhance employee engagement, improve organisational effectiveness, and support talent retention.
· Support talent acquisition activities, partnering with hiring managers to attract and onboard quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
· Act as a trusted HR contact for employees, providing guidance on HR policies, employee concerns and day-to-day people matters, escalating complex employee relations cases where appropriate.
· Manage end-to-end payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, statutory submissions (e.g. CPF, IRAS) and compliance with employment legislation.
· Support the administration of annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonus implementation, salary benchmarking, compensation analysis and preparation of salary increment and bonus computation spreadsheets.
· Prepare and maintain HR reports, headcount reports, manpower cost analysis and dashboards to support workforce planning and management decision-making.
· Administer employee benefits programmes, including annual insurance renewals, medical benefits administration and vendor management.
· Partner with managers to coordinate the annual training plan exercise, administer the annual training plan, monitor training compliance, and drive continuous improvements in training administration and reporting.
· Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights on workforce trends, compensation, headcount, training and other HR initiatives.
· Undertake HR projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or a related discipline.
• 2 – 3 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
Required Skills & Abilities
· Exposure to payroll, HRIS or compensation administration would be advantageous.
· Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to manage HR data accurately.
· Meticulous, systems-oriented and eager to learn.
· Able to balance operational excellence with business partnering responsibilities.
