Project Engineer

Job Summary

Lead project planning and supervision to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and safe completion of construction projects involving reinforced concrete, structural steel, and related trades.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor work progress at project sites to achieve timely and quality completion
• Ensure projects comply with budget, safety standards, and client requirements throughout execution
• Represent the company at site meetings and perform site measurements to support project accuracy
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to ensure alignment with project goals
• Prepare, manage, and submit all required project documentation to maintain project records and compliance
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve issues

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of Main Contract Works including Reinforced Concrete, Structural Steel, Architectural, and M&E trades
• Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively
• Experience as a Senior Executive specializing in Civil, Construction, or Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Ability to perform in a Project Management role overseeing multiple construction disciplines
• 6-day work week
