[1 YEAR CONTRACT] Associate Executive, HR Shared Services #HZTK

You will serve as a Flexible HR Operations Resource within HRSS, providing operational support across Pre & On-Boarding, In-Service and Offboarding functions.

Job responsibilities:
HR Operations & Service Delivery

• Serve as first point of contact for HR enquiries
• Process HR transactions within SLA
• Maintain accurate employee records and compliance
• Provide timely and professional support to employees and HR stakeholders through shared service channels

Pre & Onboarding Operations

• Preparation of employment contracts and appointment letters
• Coordination of medical screening and pre-employment checks
• Creation and maintenance of employee records
• Work pass administration and coordination with relevant agencies
• Facilitation of onboarding activities.

In-Service Operations

• Employee data maintenance
• Probation confirmation administration
• Contract renewal processing
• Professional License administration
• Employment certification support

Offboarding Operations

• Support resignation, clearance and exit documentation processes
• Coordinate employee separation activities with relevant stakeholders
• Process employee record updates and work pass cancellations where applicable
• Ensure timely completion of offboarding transactions and documentation

Continuous Improvement & Operational Support

• Support projects, SOP updates and provide coverage across HRSS functions.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline
