We are looking for 2 Temp Business Office Assistants (Billing) to join our healthcare team! If you have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a structured administrative environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

• Support timely and accurate patient billing and account processing
• Ensure required data is accurately captured for government ministries
• Process claims with CPF/Medisave, insurers and government agencies
• Review patient bills, identify discrepancies and make necessary corrections
• Monitor unbilled accounts and maintain accurate records and databases
• Liaise with patients, third-party payers and external organisations
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
• Support internal controls and day-to-day billing operations

Requirements

📌 Contract Duration: Till January 2027
📌 5 days, office hours + 0.5 Saturday every 5 weeks

• Min Diploma or relevant qualifications preferred
• Prior experience in billing, healthcare administration, finance or business office operations will be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling confidential information and working with multiple stakeholders
