We are hiring a Temp Accounts Assistant to support the Accounting team with basic accounting and administrative duties in a healthcare environment.

Salary: $12/hour
Contract: 2 months
Location: Ubi

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Accounting team.
• Perform data entry, filing and basic office duties.
• Handle phone calls, emails and mail processing.
• Liaise with clients and vendors on basic enquiries.
• Check accounts and highlight discrepancies for follow-up.

Requirements

• Prior administrative or accounts experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable with data entry and routine administrative tasks.
• Good communication skills and able to liaise with internal and external parties.
