Fund Operations Associate

Your new company
Our client is a leading global asset management firm with a strong presence in Singapore. They are currently seeking a Fund Operations Associate to join their expanding operations team.

Your new role
• Process and validate fund transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches
• Perform daily reconciliations of cash, positions, and NAV to ensure accuracy of fund accounting records
• Monitor settlement activities and liaise with custodians, fund administrators, and counterparties to resolve discrepancies
• Prepare operational reports and assist with regulatory submissions in line with global standards
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, risk, and compliance teams to support smooth operational workflows
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support automation projects to enhance efficiency

What you'll need to succeed
• Around 1-3 years of relevant experience in funds operations, fund accounting, or investment operations
• Solid understanding of mutual funds, hedge funds, or other pooled investment vehicles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high transaction volumes
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in adynamic environment
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with industry systems (e.g., Bloomberg, custody platforms) is an advantage
