Be part of the team behind a large-scale event, supporting the planning, production and on-ground execution of live performances and multimedia content. 🌟
You’ll work closely with performing groups, production teams, volunteers and technical stakeholders to bring performances from rehearsal to the live stage.
Contract Period: Oct 2026 - Mar 2027
Working Hours: Mon–Thu, 8.30am–6.00pm | Fri, 8.30am–5.30pm
Location: Central/Event site as required
📌What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate live performance operations, supporting rehearsals and event days while ensuring performing groups are properly briefed, positioned and ready according to production schedules.
- Manage performing group logistics, including rehearsal arrangements and coordination of music, costumes, props, floats, structures and other production requirements.
- Support production planning and content development, translating concepts and discussions into clear visual presentations, formation layouts and operational information for production teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate production volunteers and multimedia content, including volunteer deployment, attendance and briefings, as well as preparation and collation of content for on-site and off-site audiences.
- Provide on-ground production support, coordinating with broadcast and technical teams for live feeds, webcasts and telecasts, while supporting related events, activations and pre/post-event administration.
🧩What We’re Looking For:
- Min Diploma with 1–2 years of relevant experience in event coordination, production management or multimedia content production.
- Experience or familiarity with live event, broadcast or streaming production, including live feed, webcast or telecast workflows, will be an advantage.
- Experience coordinating volunteers, performing groups or creative/production teams for events will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live event environment, including evenings and weekends during rehearsals and event periods.
