Device Engineer (BCD) – Semiconductor Device Development

Key Responsibilities

• Develop novel BCD platform device technologies.

• Perform TCAD device simulation and simulation deck calibration.

• Design device test structures, layouts, and conduct technical analysis.

• Perform device bench testing, including DC, high-voltage (HV), and reliability characterization.

• Optimize device performance through tuning activities.

• Support timely delivery of development milestones and reliability qualification requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams on device improvement and technology development initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and device analysis techniques.

• Knowledge of bipolar and power semiconductor devices.

• Experience in BCD device development and characterization is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with TCAD simulation and calibration, device layout, and power device bench testing is preferred.

• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently, solve technical challenges, and continuously develop technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Relevant semiconductor industry or research experience, with BCD technology experience preferred.

• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal) for technical documentation and collaboration.
