Recruitment Consultant (WFH / Hybrid!)

This role is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated, proactive in learning, and value flexibility and autonomy in their work environment. We are looking for consultants who understand that recruitment is both a sales and service business — balancing client acquisition, candidate management, and long-term relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop new business opportunities and clients

• Manage the full 360° recruitment process

• Build and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates

• Source, screen, and match suitable candidates to job openings

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development to successful placements

• Build strong and long-term client relationships through quality service and follow-ups

• Maintain a healthy pipeline of clients, candidates, and ongoing recruitment cases

• Take ownership of individual sales performance and placement targets

• Manage time effectively while working independently in a remote or hybrid setting
  

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales, recruitment, business development, or other client-facing roles

• CEI certification is a must

• Strong sales mindset and self-motivation to achieve results

• Understands the balance between closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn independently

• Comfortable using personal phone and laptop for day-to-day work communication

• Able to work independently in a flexible WFH environment while remaining accountable for performance

• 8.30am – 5.30pm or

• 9.00am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
