Offered Salary

· S$12.00 to S$15.00per hour (Depending on qualifications & experience)

Requirements

• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ’A’ Level / Nitec COS / Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Business
• Min 1 year of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Outlook and Excel

Job Description

· Perform Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including the creation and maintenance of Vendor records, processing of goods receipting transactions, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions

· Liaise and work with relevant internal and external stakeholders on Accounts Payable related queries

· Prepare documentations for any queries or clarifications in relation to Accounts Payable, including audit related queries
