Ecommerce Business Development Manager

Our client, a well-known fashion company, is currently hiring for an Ecommerce Business Development Manager. This role will own and drive the regional ECommerce strategy, execution, and full P&L performance across HQ and franchise markets. The successful candidate will lead sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management across SEA and franchise markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the ECommerce P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, sales planning, performance tracking, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Drive commercial success through campaign planning, merchandising strategies, and alignment with marketing and product launches.
• Analyze sales, customer, market, and competitor data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion, engagement, and profitability.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Technology, Product, Operations, and Retail teams to enhance customer experience and omnichannel initiatives.
• Translate business and customer insights into actionable strategies that optimize digital performance and user experience
• Lead team development, cross-functional projects, and external agency management to ensure successful execution and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, with 5-8 years of ECommerce experience and proven P&L ownership.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, GA4, Power BI, Excel, and other ECommerce analytics tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
• Deep understanding of ECommerce, CRO, digital marketing, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven applications.
