BAISON INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is a wholly owned subsidiary of SHANGHAI BAISON SOFTWARE CO.,LTD and serves as BAISON’s Southeast Asia regional operating entity and international business hub. Based in Singapore, the company supports BAISON’s business operations and market expansion across Southeast Asia.

The company primarily serves Chinese brands expanding into overseas markets and local retail businesses in Southeast Asia. Its business covers the sales and implementation of BAISON’s proprietary SaaS software products, as well as supporting software and hardware solutions, project implementation, technical support and maintenance, and localised consulting services.

BAISON’s key products include the E3+/E3C omnichannel retail SaaS platform, POS terminals, and Adaptor integration middleware. These solutions support multiple languages, currencies and tax systems, and are designed to support Singapore PDPA data compliance requirements as well as e-commerce, payment and platform integration needs across Southeast Asia.

Leveraging more than 20 years of experience in retail digitalisation from its parent company, BAISON Software Singapore has established local sales, implementation and technical support teams to provide local client engagement, project delivery and after-sales technical support. The company helps brands build and enhance their omnichannel digital operations across online and offline channels, serving businesses in industries including apparel and footwear, jewellery, beauty and FMCG, and consumer electronics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in ERP project activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, implementation, go-live and system maintenance.

2. Communicate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

3. Prepare project-related documentation, including requirements documents, design documents, test documents and user manuals.

4. Conduct system training for clients and provide support in addressing their questions and issues.

5. Monitor project progress and promptly identify and resolve issues arising during project implementation.

Requirements

1. Work Experience

-At least 1 year of experience in software project implementation.

-Experience in industries such as apparel and footwear, home furnishing, personal care, beauty, jewellery or food will be an advantage.

-Experience in implementing retail ERP, POS, OMS or related SaaS solutions will be an advantage.

2. Technical Skills

-Proficient in MySQL and SQL.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

-Familiar with retail business processes, including e-commerce OMS, store POS, distribution and financial processes. Experience in business requirements analysis and solution development will be an advantage.

-Experience in independently delivering small- to medium-sized projects, with a good understanding of project delivery methodologies and processes. Project management experience will be an advantage.

3. Other Skills

-Clear thinking, a strong sense of responsibility and professional commitment.

-Able to travel as required for project assignments and effectively manage project-related issues and coordination.

-PMP certification will be an advantage.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

Language Requirements

Proficient in both English and Mandarin for workplace communication.
