Our Client is an establised Insurance firm.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers as a Talent Acquisition advisor, providing insights on candidate trends, in-demand skill sets, market compensation and regulatory developments.
• Develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies for each role and advise hiring managers on interview best practices.
• Proactively source, assess and present quality candidates through direct sourcing and various recruitment channels.
• Conduct comprehensive phone, video and face-to-face interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Manage the end-to-end offer process, including internal/external salary benchmarking, offer positioning and negotiations.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners on workforce plans, providing market intelligence on compensation, hiring trends and candidate sentiment.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, with an emphasis on direct sourcing.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing complex hiring and offer negotiations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and high recruitment volumes, ideally 20+ open requisitions concurrently.
• Proficient with HRIS/ATS recruitment systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Salary: $5,000-7,000
