Staff Events

• Plan and organize staff engagement events, from proposal to execution.

• Manage vendors, RFQs, venue sourcing, and commercial negotiations.

• Track participation, feedback, and event effectiveness.

Communications

• Develop communication materials, including newsletters & EDMs

• Support the delivery of departmental announcements and initiatives.

• Ensure communications are clear, consistent, and engaging.

Management & Governance Forums / Workshops

• Support the planning and execution of forums, workshops, town halls, and leadership meetings.

• Coordinate logistics, agendas, speakers, and materials.

• Track key outcomes and follow-up actions.

Staff Training & Development

• Identify training needs and recommend suitable learning solutions.

• Coordinate training programs with vendors and stakeholders.

• Track participation and training outcomes.

Office Management & Administrative Support

• Support the coordination office arrangements, facilities, and workspace needs.

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.

• Manage workplace assets and administrative processes.
