F&B Supervisor

Location: Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $3,000 – $4,000/month, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service

• Lead, train and motivate service staff

• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and daily work assignments

• Ensure good customer service and handle customer feedback professionally

• Monitor food quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards

• Check inventory and coordinate with kitchen/service teams

• Assist with ordering and stock management

• Ensure company SOPs and food safety requirements are followed

• Handle opening and closing duties when required

• Support the Manager in achieving sales and operational targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of F&B experience, preferably with supervisory experience

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Able to lead and manage a team

• Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure

• Comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Singaporeans, PRs and eligible foreign candidates are welcome to apply

Working Hours

• Full-time shift work

• 6 days per week

• Rest day according to roster

• Weekend and public holiday work may be required
