QHSE Manager

Location: West
Working time: Mon-Fri
Salary: $5000 - $7000

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and continuously improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001, API Q1 and customer requirements.
• Handle customer/supplier/internal non-conformances, CAPA, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor quality KPIs, material traceability, MTCs and quality documentation.
• Coordinate internal, supplier, customer and external audits.
• Manage supplier qualification, evaluation and quality performance.
• Review customer specifications and support customer/third-party inspections.
• Lead WSH, risk assessments, SWP, incident investigations and workplace inspections.
• Conduct QHSE training and promote a strong quality and safety culture.
• Liaise with customers, certification bodies and regulatory authorities on QHSE matters.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ Quality/QHSE experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory/management role, preferably in Oil & Gas, precision machining, metal distribution or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, API Q1, supplier quality, material traceability and Singapore WSH regulations.
• Experience with audits, CAPA, risk assessments, incident investigations and customer/supplier quality requirements.
• Able to read engineering drawings and interpret material specifications.
• WSHO, Lean/Six Sigma or Risk Management certification would be an advantage.
