Sales Manager (High End Automotive Industry) #JTL

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research and client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand clients’ business needs and provide suitable products, solutions and services.
• Lead the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline and market trends, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and presentations, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services and high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports and updates for management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience as a Sales Manager, preferably with team management experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
