Job Description:
- Generate and filter appointment reports from the Epic system based on requirements.
- Retrieve and download archived patient records from the EnCDA system.
- Upload digital medical records and lab results accurately into Epic system.
- Ensure all imported documents are clear, complete, legible, and correctly indexed.
- Maintain proper filing, secure storage, confidentiality, and compliant disposal of medical records.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Job Requirements:
- Min A Level/Diploma in any field
- Valid TDAP, Varicella/Chickenpox, MMR Vaccinations
- No exp needed, training will be provided
