About this job
Job Responsibilities:
· Support the Commercial Operations team in planning and executing regional meetings and events, including Advisory Boards, external promotional and educational events, major congresses and internal business planning meetings across both physical and virtual formats.
· Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and external partners to ensure events are aligned with commercial objectives and delivered to a high standard.
· Ensure all event planning and execution activities comply with internal policies, industry codes, regulatory requirements and applicable regulations in host countries.
· Manage coordination with external suppliers and service providers, including creative and media agencies, production houses, premium suppliers and event management companies, to ensure timely and effective delivery.
· Support virtual event engagement initiatives and monitor attendee interaction and participation against established targets.
· Provide end-to-end event administration and operational support, including approval processes, database management, attendee tracking, logistics and documentation.
· Manage event budgets and expenditure, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective utilization of resources while meeting programme requirements.
· Conduct post-event analysis and performance reviews, assessing results against predefined KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
· Coordinate post-event activities, including vendor payments, invoice coding, expense tracking and financial reconciliation.
· Maintain accurate event records, documentation and databases to support effective reporting, governance and audit requirements.
· Provide general administrative and operational support to the Commercial Operations team and assist with ad-hoc initiatives as required.
· Undertake regional travel across the APCA region as required to support the preparation and on-site management of events, meetings and congresses.
· Adhoc tasks & projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
· Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing/events management experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
